A New Food Collective in Tampa The Hall On Franklin
I don't consider myself a "foodie," only because I'm not usually in the habit of expanding my taste palate, but I'm really excited about the opening of The Hall on Franklin in Tampa, FL. I may become a foodie after all because of it. The design is inspired by the European collective eatery. Basically I large, modern and sophisticated food hall. The Hall on Franklin will boast seven different independently owned culinary options:
The Collection - Artisan craft cocktails.
Kôfē - Freshly brewed coffee.
Heights Fish Camp - Fresh seafood including a raw oyster bar.
Heights Melt Shoppe - A gourmet sandwich shop!
North Star Eatery - Asian fusion cuisine.
Poké Rose - Poké bowls for everyone.
Bake'n'Babes - The Hall on Franklin's exclusive bakery.
I'm loving this "better together" or "community over competition" attitude seen throughout Tampa and St. Pete lately! From artisan cocktails to poke bowls there will be a slew of tastes for everyone to choose from. This will be Tampa's newest hot spot for sure with a stage for live music and events. I wonder if there will be opportunity for pop up restaurants? It was last mentioned that the launch date would be in November 2017, but there is a new rumor out that they'll be opening in the Summer of 2017.
